Texting is perplexing
and vexing
to a good speller like me.
R U there 2 lisin 2 me?
I try 2 reverse
and my spilling gits worse
sew does that meen
my text needs a nurse?
I try 2 fit in,
and dew like 2 win
whatever the knew games may bee.
Sew I just buzz a round
until eye am found
encircling the dead texting tree.
Eye won’t give up,though,
will go 2 and frow,
until eye kan outwit the game.
My good spelling will last
and come back pretty fast
while the meanings remain just the same.
